This summer resort villa features a living room, dining room, bathroom, two bedrooms, and a loft. The building is constructed with a wooden structure and spans two stories, with a total area of 180 m².

The villa has three bedrooms, a dining room, a bathroom, a garage and a terrace. It faces Irita Beach, which is a famous surfing spot.
The structure is a combination of concrete and wood, with three stories and a total area of
200 m².
